Regarding appointments made online:
In order to process your online appointment request you need to provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Again, any information provided is kept private and strictly confidential.

Regarding the Newsletter Mailing List:
A valid e-mail address is required to subscribe to our newsletter, which we keep in the strictest of confidence. We do not share, sell, or in any way give out your e-mail address. Not even if we were tortured.

Regarding testimonials:
Testimonials are only used when volunteered and are never asked for. We may correct grammar & spelling mistakes, or we may not. Only a first name (or initials, if preferred) and area will be used as a "proof of validity", unless stated otherwise..
