Complete Overhaul – $120.00

Includes the following:

• Removal, cleaning, and re-assembly of all the components on the bike (does not include suspension overhaul).
• The hubs, headset, and bottom bracket are repacked with fresh grease and new bearings (if needed).
• The brakes, gears, hubs, headset, and bottom bracket adjusted for optimum performance.
• Lubrication of seat post, and stem.
• Tires inflated to recommended pressure.
• Wheels are checked for spoke tension and wheel roundness.

(Parts / installations are an additional cost.)

Complete Overhaul (Single-speed bike) –$80.00

Includes the following:

• Removal ,cleaning and re-assembly all of the components on the bike (does not include suspension overhaul).
• Replacement of brake cables.
• The hubs, headset, and bottom bracket repacked with fresh grease and new bearings (if needed).
• The brakes, hubs, headset, and bottom bracket adjusted for optimum performance.
• Lubrication of seat post, and stem.
• Tires inflated to recommended pressure.
• Wheels are checked for spoke tension and wheel roundness.

—Overhauls should performed every 2-3 years - more often if the bicycle is ridden off-road or used for commuting.
—In addition to the problems of brake and gear adjustment, the bearings of the bicycle in the hubs, crank, and steering column are under constant assault from grit and water. Dirt can wear down the ball bearings and surrounding surfaces, resulting in irreparable damage. Regular bearing overhauls can prolong the life of all moving parts.
